Terms of Use

Effective 7 July 2026

These terms cover your use of the Lucii mobile app. Using Lucii means you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy page.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lucii on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it.

Content from public sources

Lucii presents information assembled from public knowledge bases including Wikidata, Wikipedia and OpenStreetMap. That content is provided "as is", may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is not professional advice. Use your own judgement, especially when navigating or exploring unfamiliar places.

Subscriptions

Any Lucii+ subscription is sold and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is governed by that store's standard terms. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.

Availability

Lucii depends on third-party data services and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barbik is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Lucii. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
